Product Terms & Regulations

All vehicles exported by GWA comply with Chinese export regulations and are licensed under the Ministry of Commerce automobile export license (Certificate No.: MOFCOM-AE-2024-0892). We ensure full compliance with destination country import regulations and provide necessary documentation including certificate of origin, commercial invoice, and export license.

• Retail Orders (1–4 units): 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipping. Payment via T/T (bank transfer) or escrow service.
• Wholesale Orders (5+ units): 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. L/C (Letter of Credit) accepted for orders over 10 units.
• Accepted Currencies: USD, EUR, CNY, AED
• Payment Deadline: Deposit within 5 business days of order confirmation. Balance within 3 business days of vessel booking confirmation.
• Late Payment: Orders may be cancelled if deposit is not received within 5 business days. A 2% late fee applies to balance payments delayed beyond 7 days.

• Every vehicle undergoes a 200-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection before export.
• Inspection report includes 50+ high-resolution photos and a video walkaround.
• We disclose all known issues including accident history, major repairs, and mechanical concerns.
• Vehicles are guaranteed to match the specifications listed in the purchase agreement.
• If a vehicle fails pre-shipment inspection, we offer a full refund of deposit or replacement vehicle.

• Standard Warranty: 6-month / 10,000km mechanical warranty covering engine and transmission.
• Extended Warranty: Available for purchase — 12-month / 20,000km comprehensive coverage.
• EV Battery Warranty: Battery health guaranteed above 85% capacity at time of export. Battery warranty follows manufacturer terms (typically 8 years / 150,000km).
• Exclusions: Cosmetic wear, consumables, damage from misuse, modifications, or racing.
• Claims: Submit via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of discovering the issue with photos and description.

• Marine cargo insurance is included in all shipments (CIF terms). Coverage: All-risk from port of loading to port of discharge.
• Insurance claim limit: 110% of declared vehicle value.
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle collection at destination port.
• Shipping delays caused by force majeure (weather, port congestion, war) are not grounds for refund.
• Estimated transit times are approximate and not guaranteed.

• Before shipping: Full refund of deposit minus $200 administrative fee. Refund processed within 14 business days.
• After shipping: No cancellation possible. Insurance claims for damage only.
• Vehicle replacement: If the shipped vehicle does not match the purchase agreement specifications, GWA will provide a replacement vehicle or full refund including shipping costs.
• Non-delivery: If a shipment is lost (extremely rare), full refund of purchase price + shipping within 30 days.

• Import duties, taxes, and regulations vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• GWA provides documentation support and guidance but cannot guarantee import clearance.
• Buyers should verify their country’s import regulations (age limits, emission standards, left/right-hand drive requirements) before purchasing.
• We recommend consulting a local customs broker or import agent.

• All disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
• Applicable law: Laws of the People’s Republic of China.
• Language of arbitration: English or Chinese.
